Our journey began with a simple idea: to change the way people eat, drink and relax and to create a space where people can enjoy our specialist roasted coffee in a welcoming and vibrant environment. From our first location in Lymm, we've grown to multiple stores across the North West & North Staffordshire, each one rooted in the same commitment to excellence and community spirit.

  • You take leadership of your store and take pride in being a brand ambassador for The Coffee House. Your guests come to see you, your team loves working with you – you are a natural leader. A master at bringing your own flair to all things The Coffee House. You will ensure everyone knows the part they play which adds up to making every day special for our guests.

  • You are an expert in all aspects of The Coffee House, you know your Cappuccino from your Latte, supporting and coaching the team, equipping them with the knowledge they need to make magic for our guests. Whether you know your next steps or are figuring it out, we give you the freedom and support to explore your potential.

  • You are the hello, the goodbye and everything in between. Whatever our guests see and interact with during their visits. You ensure it is the best it can be. With a relentless focus on the small things you make sure you make everyday more special for our guests.

OUR CENTRAL TEAM

  • You play a crucial role in our operations. You ensure that our cafes are stocked with the finest coffee beans, freshest ingredients and all the supplies needed to create memorable experiences for our guests. You are the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

  • As one of our Drivers you are a vital part of our team, you have a commitment to timely and accurate deliveries to help us maintain our high standards which keeps our operations running smoothly, you have a passion for precision and a love for being on the road.

  • As a member of our Food Production Team, you play a crucial role in delivering the high-quality food that complements our exceptional coffee. You ensure that every item on our menu is prepared with the freshest ingredients and the utmost care. Your dedication to maintaining our standards of taste and presentation helps create memorable experiences for our guests.

  • As a member of our Bakery Team, you'll embark on a delicious journey of creativity and craftsmanship. From kneading dough to decorating our cakes, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our sweet dreams to life. If you have a passion for baking, a love for flavour exploration, and a desire to be part of something extraordinary, we invite you to join us. OUR HEAD OFFICE

If you are either part of our area support team or our new store opening’s team you'll have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation and making a positive impact on our guests' experiences.   • As part of our Head Office support team you’ll be amazed at the skill and devotion of our departments, whether it’s with our marketing team where creativity reigns supreme or in our People Team supporting our most important people – our team.
