No, you don’t need to book a table. Please feel free to just turn up.

Do any of your stores provide disability access?

We aim to provide all customers with full disability access and facilities in each of our store locations.

Do you have WiFi access in your stores?

Yes, we provide free WiFi in all of our stores.

Is there parking available at your stores?

Yes, each store has parking close by. Please search the store via Google to find the closest parking available.

Do you offer takeaway and sit-in?

Yes, we offer both services in all our stores.

Is your meat Halal?

We’re happy to confirm that the chicken we use is sourced from a Halal-certified butcher, meaning it meets Halal standards at the point of supply.

However, please note that our kitchens also handle non-Halal products, including pork. We therefore cannot guarantee that there is no risk of cross-contamination during storage or preparation.

Do you sell Gift Cards, and how can I buy one?

Yes, we sell branded gift cards, which can be found at the till in each store or on our online store. Please note, our physical gift cards can only be redeemed in-store. We also offer eGift Cards, which can be used for online purchases.

Can I buy Coffee House coffee online?

Yes, you can purchase our coffee, along with a full product range, via our online shop here.

What are the benefits of Subscribe & Save?

With Subscribe & Save, you’ll benefit from 10% off our House Coffee Beans, never run the risk of being out of coffee, and cancel for free at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your Coffee House account, go to Subscriptions and click ‘Cancel my subscription’.

Do you offer a wholesale/bulk coffee ordering service?

Yes, we offer a wholesale coffee service. To find out more, or to submit an enquiry, click here.

Do you supply coffee machinery?

Yes, can supply various coffee machinery, from bean-to-cup machines for offices to traditional espresso machines for hospitality.

Do you have a loyalty card, and how do I use it?

Yes, we use Neal St. Rewards, a rewards and mobile payment app. Neal St. Rewards is free and available on iOS and Android. The Coffee House rewards scheme allows you to collect stamps on hot drink purchases, and in return, we reward your loyalty with a free medium hot drink for every 10 stamps collected.

Is the App safe and secure?

When you download and register on Neal St. Rewards, you’ll be required to link a debit or credit card. Neal St. Rewards does not hold customer banking information. Instead, this is managed by a trusted DSS PCI Compliant payment provider. Neal St. Rewards also uses dynamic QR codes to accept both payment and loyalty vouchers. Do you cater for dietary requirements, such as Dairy Allergies, Celiac, Vegan and Vegetarian?

We have a wide range of options to suit various dietary requirements, including dairy-free milks, a gluten-free food range, a vegan food range and a vegetarian food range.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash. We also accept redemption of Coffee House Gift Cards in-store.

Do you explain nutritional information on your products?

Yes, all products comply with Natasha’s Law. You will find ingredients and allergens labelled on each of our products. Please speak to a member of staff for any further assistance required regarding allergens.

AM I ABLE TO Click & Collect an online order to any of your stores?

We offer a Click & Collect service for all of our online products. Simply select your nearest store at checkout.

Can I ring ahead and place orders directly with stores?

Unfortunately, we cannot take orders in advance.

Are you dog-friendly?

We welcome our furry friends to our outdoor seating areas. Dog water is available - please ask a member of staff if it needs refilling.

Do you have high chairs?

Indeed, we do. Please ask a member of staff for assistance if needed. We love welcoming children into our stores and have child-friendly food and drink options available, even a Babycino.

What time do you stop serving hot food?

Hot food ceases in service an hour prior to closing time. Please refer to individual stores for closing times. 

CHOOSING YOUR COFFEE

WHAT GRIND TYPE DO I NEED TO ORDER?

There are different types of coffee grinds as the grind size affects how coffee is extracted and the flavour of the resulting brew:

Extraction

The grind size affects how quickly water extracts flavour compounds from the coffee grounds. Finer grinds have more surface area, so water flows more slowly and has more contact with the grounds, resulting in faster extraction.

FLAVOUR

The grind size affects the strength and flavour of the coffee. Finer grinds result in a smoother, richer cup of coffee, while coarser grinds result in a lighter, more complex cup. 

BREWING METHOD

Different brewing methods require different grind sizes. For example, espresso machines use fine grinds because the water passes through the grounds quickly at high pressure. French Press brew uses coarse grinds because the coffee sits with the water for a longer period of time.
