I’d like to visit one of your stores, do I need to book a table?
No, you don’t need to book a table, please feel free to just turn up.
Do any of your stores provide disability access?
We aim to provide all customers with full disability access and facilities in each of our store locations.
Do you have WiFi access in your stores?
Yes, in every store you can access WiFi.
Is there parking available at your stores?
Yes, each store has parking close by, please find the store via Google and you will be able to find the closest parking available.
Do you offer takeaway and sit in?
Yes, we offer both services in all our stores.
Do you sell Gift Cards and how can I buy one?
Yes, we have a branded gift card to purchase, they can be found at the till in each store. You are able to choose the amount you would be credited to the card, whether it be £10, £20, £30 or more.

Do you have a loyalty card; how can I use it?
Yes, we use Teya Rewards, a rewards and mobile payment app. Teya Rewards is free and available on iOS and Android. The Coffee House rewards scheme allows you to collect stamps, and in return, we reward your loyalty with a free drink for every 10 stamps collected.
Is the App safe and secure?
When you download and register on Teya Rewards, you’ll be requested to link a debit or credit card. Teya Rewards does not hold customer banking information. Instead, this is managed by a trusted DSS PCI Compliant payment provider. Teya Rewards also uses dynamic QR codes to accept both payment and loyalty vouchers. Do you cater for dietary requirements; such as Dairy Allergies, Celiac, Vegan and Vegetarian?
We have a wide range of options to suit any dietary requirements. Dairy free milks, a gluten-free food range, a vegan food range and also a vegetarian food range.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash. We also accept redemption of The Coffee House Gift Cards in store.
Do you explain nutritional information on your products?
Yes, all products comply with Natasha’s Law. You will find ingredients and allergens labeled on each of our products, and also on our till system. Just speak to a member of staff for more information.
Is Click & Collect available to any of your stores?
We offer a Click & Collect service for all of our online products. Simply select your nearest store at checkout.
Can I ring ahead and place orders directly with stores?
Unfortunately, we cannot take orders in advance, you will need to place the order in store.
Are you dog friendly?
We welcome our furry friends in our outdoor seating areas. Dog water is available, just ask a member of staff if it needs refilling.
Do you have high chairs?
Indeed we do. Ask a member of staff to help you if you need it. We love to welcome children into our stores and have child-friendly food and drink options available, even a babycino.
What time do you stop serving hot food?
Hot food ceases in service an hour prior to closing time. Please refer to individual stores for closing times.
