After years in the industry and thousands of cups of coffee, we’d like to think we know what makes an excellent brew. Using this experience, customer feedback and some clever coffee science, we analysed different beans and became mixologists until we were completely satisfied with our House Blend. In addition to our House Roast, we produce specialty blends and Single Origin beans; all with their own distinctive flavour and best brewed in different ways.

MEET OUR CHIEF ROASTER

Jordan is our expert roaster, he’s been part of The Coffee House family since 2014, initially working in the kitchen of our first-born store, Lymm. With an understanding of the coffee our customers enjoy and a shared value of “what we do, we do well”, it felt like a natural progression for him to step into the world of roasting.

Jordan now manages the roastery, supplying our stores with freshly roasted coffee beans, using reusable pails to deliver the beans from the RoastHouse to Store. Doing this saves thousands of bags a year going into landfill, while maintaining freshness and quality of the coffee.
